Description du poste
As part of an ERP transformation program, the SAP S/4HANA Core Model has already been rolled out in 75% of entities worldwide. We are now looking for a Business Process Expert (BPE) specialized in Manufacturing Quality Maintenance (MQM) to support the deployment in Chinese entities, ensuring alignment with the Group’s Core Model standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the MQM stream in Chinese entities: design, pilot, and roll-out.
- Work closely with architects, integrators, and business stakeholders to align processes with the Core Model.
- Contribute to gap analysis and assess organizational impacts.
- Support and validate master data collection.
- Train key users and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Actively participate in preparation, execution, and validation of User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Provide post go-live support, including on-site presence (2–4 weeks) during stabilization phase.
Profil recherché
Required profile
- Strong background in industrial operations.
- Proven expertise with SAP MQM processes and solid knowledge of PP / QM / PM modules.
- Previous experience in SAP roll-out projects, ideally within an international context.
- Experience with SAP master data management.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Languages: Fluent English required, Chinese mandatory.
- Availability for regular travel across China (approx. 30%).
