The project involves deploying the SAP S/4HANA Core Model within the legal entities of an industrial company as part of a strategic ERP program. This large-scale initiative, with a long-term vision, aims to harmonize Manufacturing Quality Maintenance (MQM) processes across multiple production sites. Scheduled for go-live in 2026, it will cover design, testing (UAT), training, and full Core Model deployment.
The Business Process Expert (BPE) will play a key role in gathering business requirements, configuring the ERP, and supporting local teams through the post-Go-Live stabilization phase. This project represents a high-impact strategic opportunity for the company.
Profile :
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial operations and expertise in ERP processes, particularly SAP S/4HANA (transactions, reporting, master data management). They excel in business needs analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.
Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player, they can navigate complex and evolving environments. Strong communication, training, and listening skills are essential. Fluency in English is required due to the international context and frequent interactions with multi-site teams.
Work Environment:
This role is based in South Africa, with frequent travel to major production sites, including Centurion/Johannesburg. The BPE will work in a collaborative and international setting, closely interacting with the project team (BPO, Key Users, SKU) and a Europe-based BPE.
The work structure will be hybrid (on-site & remote), depending on key project phases. Given the strategic importance of this project, the role demands rigor, responsiveness, and strong teamwork to ensure a smooth and efficient Core Model deployment, aligning with global standards while adapting to local requirements.
