Founded in 2018, Focustribes is a young company specialized in Management Consulting, Transformation, and IT Reorganization of large companies. We rely on our hand-picked community of consultants in France, Spain, and across Europe.
In a context of strong growth, we are looking for our future Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us develop the company in France and Spain. We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team. Please note that this position is open-ended and could be your springboard to greater responsibilities!
Our super BDR will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships and promoting the Focustribes community. The BDR must be able to work closely with the marketing teams to achieve the company’s goals of growing and diversifying its customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with knowledge of the consultancy sector and high value-added services for key accounts.
Main tasks:
- Identifying new prospects.
- Generating and maintaining leads.
- Identifying business opportunities by seeking out potential clients via cold calls and email blasts.
- Conducting discovery interviews with previously identified prospects.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop the nurturing strategy.
- Promote the strength of the Focustribes community to meet customer needs.
- Participate in industry events to develop the company’s network and increase brand awareness.
- Respond to the needs of customers/prospects
Your profile:
- You are a recent Master’s graduate, ideally business-focused and looking for 1ʳᵉ Sales experience in a high-potential company.
- You have a good level of English. Spanish is a big plus.
- You ideally have previous experience in a recognized consultancy or IT services company, or experience in a B2B key account service (minimum internship).
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are known for your ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You are familiar with prospecting techniques (training planned).
- You are organized and know how to manage your time.
- You’re not afraid of working in a constantly changing environment.
