SAP S4/Hana Business Process Expert P2P

As part of an SAP S/4HANA project aimed at harmonizing and optimizing business processes internationally, our industrial sector client is looking for a Business Process Expert (BPE) Purchase to Pay (P2P).

The project’s objective is to deploy and adopt the SAP S/4HANA Core Model across multiple legal entities in South Africa. The challenge is to standardize procurement and supplier payment processes while ensuring alignment with local requirements.

The BPE P2P will play a key role in the design, configuration, and adoption of the SAP system. They will also support users to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution, working closely with IT teams, solution architects, business consultants, and key users.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design & Deployment: Configure SAP S/4HANA based on business needs and Core Model standards.

– Testing & Validation: Participate in various test phases (UAT, functional validation).

– Data Management: Collect and structure master data for optimal integration.

– Training & Support: Assess training needs, create documentation, and train end-users.

– Post-Go-Live Support: Provide on-site assistance for up to two months after deployment.

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or accounts payable in the industrial sector (preferably manufacturing).
• Strong expertise in ERP processes (SAP S/4HANA, MM / P2P module) and related transactions.
• Experience in SAP deployment and Master Data Management.
• Excellent communication, training, and change management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a project team, interact with multiple stakeholders, and positively influence decisions.
• Mobility required in South Africa (Johannesburg) with occasional travel to Europe.
