SAP S/4HANA Consultant (FICO, MM, EWM, SD, PP, QM)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant for a strategic Core Model deployment and pilot project in Italy. The consultant will join an international team within a renowned industrial group.

Key Responsibilities
– Functional lead on one of the following SAP modules: FICO, MM, EWM, SD, PP, or QM
– Define and validate business processes and the SAP S/4HANA Core Model
– Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment with requirements
– Perform functional configuration and write detailed specifications
– Participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support deployment activities
– Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support

With over 15 years of SAP experience, you possess deep expertise in one of the project’s core modules and are capable of leading a functional stream in a demanding international environment.

– Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; Italian is preferred (some discussions in Italian)
– Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with international teams
– Strong autonomy, leadership skills, and excellent communication

You’ll work in a dynamic and collaborative setting within an international and multicultural team. The consultant will interact frequently with business teams (Procurement, Quality, R&D) and IT teams to ensure successful Centric PLM deployment. High autonomy is expected, while working in a structured and agile framework. You’ll also play a key role in the project’s digital transformation, including change management and user adoption.
