SAP S/4HANA PS-PPM Stream Lead Consultant

Our client, an international group in the construction sector, is currently designing a SAP S/4HANA Core Model (Finance + Project Management/PS) with planned pilot rollouts.
The program’s goal is to standardize project management end-to-end, ensure profitability, and accelerate business control.

The Stream Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading the PS/PPM stream at the business level, ensuring the coherence of the Core Model and its integration with FI/CO, Ivalua, and other systems.

Main responsibilities:

– Design and validate end-to-end (E2E) processes, coordinating multi-country workshops and managing Fit/Gap analysis.
– Ensure functional integration PS/PPM ↔ FI/CO/SD + Ivalua.
– Organize and oversee SIT/UAT phases (including EBRR and progress-based billing).
– Prepare and support pilot rollouts (cutover, training, change management, hypercare).
– Govern the Core Model and ensure its sustainability for future roll-outs.

Profile:

– Solid experience in the construction/BTP/EPC sector (subcontracting, work certifications, change orders, retentions).
– 8–12 years of experience as an SAP Stream Lead in PS/PPM, with at least 2 S/4HANA rollouts.
– Deep knowledge of EBRR and PS integrations.
– Experience with SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum, and change management methodologies.
– Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate workshops, and engage with C-level stakeholders.
– Languages: Native Spanish, professional French and English.

• 8–12 years of experience as an SAP AMOA / Stream Lead in PS/PPM, with at least 2 S/4HANA rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of EBRR and PS integrations.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum, and change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate workshops, and engage with C-level stakeholders.
• Languages: Native Spanish, professional French and English.
