We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant for a strategic Core Model deployment and pilot project in Italy. The consultant will join an international team within a renowned industrial group.
Main Responsibilities:
– Functional SAP lead in one of the following areas: FICO, MM, EWM, SD, PP, QM
– Definition and validation of business processes and the SAP S/4HANA Core Model
– Coordination with business and IT teams to ensure alignment of requirements
– Functional configuration and detailed specifications drafting
– Participation in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support during deployment
– User training and post-go-live support
Profile Sought:
With over 15 years of experience in SAP, you possess in-depth expertise in one of the key project modules and are able to lead a functional stream in a demanding international environment.
– Languages: Fluent English required + Italian preferred (some discussions in Italian)
– Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with international teams
– Autonomy, leadership, and excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, within an international and multicultural team. The consultant will regularly interact with business teams (Purchasing, Quality, R&D) and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of Centric PLM. A high level of autonomy is expected while working within a structured and agile framework. The consultant will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the digital transformation of the project, including change management and a key role in ensuring user adoption of the solution.
