In the context of separation and carve out, you will act as a IT Support Manager. You will be responsible for understanding the current carve out plans and driving the reconstruction plans dedicated to these areas: planning, recruiting, onboarding, motivating and leading a team that will execute customer care activities. You will supervise the day-to-day operational care for all aspects of the customer care activities and ensuring periodic review, analysis of tech support’s performance and be responsible for analysing, developing, and recommending customer care strategy and roadmaps.
More than 10 years’ of technical experience in IT customer care projects. Strong expertise in managing IT Service Management systems & processes. Cloud technologies knowledge is appreciated. English mandatory
