We’ve organised the interview for you. “It’s all about people”, isn’t it ?
You validate the profile. We manage the administrative aspects and help organise the onboarding.

An ERP consultant is a professional specializing in the optimization of integrated management systems, known as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Their role is essential in ensuring that all critical business functions-from human resources management to production control and logistics-are interconnected by a single system that facilitates efficient, agile decision-making.
Why use an ERP consultant ?
A degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field is often required.
Studies in business administration or accounting can also be beneficial, offering an in-depth understanding of the business processes that ERP systems aim to integrate.
ERP-specific certifications, such as SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics are highly valued in the industry.
Project management certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, are also valuable for demonstrating leadership skills and managing complex projects.
Junior freelance consultants, or those with less experience, may charge a lower daily rate, often between €350 and €600 per day.
On the other hand, senior consultants or those specializing in specific systems such as SAP or Oracle may charge between €700 and €1,200 per day, or even more for experts in high demand or for specific high-risk assignments.
Long-term contracts can sometimes be negotiated at slightly lower rates, while short or urgent assignments may justify higher rates.
Market fluctuations can also influence rates. An increase in demand for ERP consultants due to new regulations or major software upgrades may result in a temporary increase in rates.
Beyond purely technical and functional skills, human qualities and values should not be underestimated.
At FocusTribes, we pay close attention to the qualities that make all the difference.
We are particularly attached to the values of Excellence, Commitment, Trust and Collective.
This contributes to the high added value of the consultants in the community.
Asking for testimonials from previous clients allows us to validate the consultant’s reputation and the quality of their work.
At FocusTribes, this is an integral part of our accreditation process, to guarantee the high quality of our consultants.
