• In-depth technical knowledge of the various ERP systems available on the market, with an understanding of specific modules such as finance, distribution, production and human resources.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

A degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field is often required.

Studies in business administration or accounting can also be beneficial, offering an in-depth understanding of the business processes that ERP systems aim to integrate.

Junior freelance consultants, or those with less experience, may charge a lower daily rate, often between €350 and €600 per day.

On the other hand, senior consultants or those specializing in specific systems such as SAP or Oracle may charge between €700 and €1,200 per day, or even more for experts in high demand or for specific high-risk assignments.
